Our team of 11 specializes in platform engineering: integration, operations, security, observability. Long-time colleagues with more than 15 years of experience in business-critical systems work alongside junior developers, who learn production readiness, code reviews and CI/CD from the start.

The location
Reason 3
Our office is in Langenfeld, between Cologne and Düsseldorf in western Germany. Good transit connections, a quiet setting. Flat hierarchies, flexible hours, colleagues who help each other. For breaks: a foosball table, plus coffee and drinks on the house.
Mandatory internships
These internships are for students whose German degree program requires a hands-on placement (Pflichtpraktikum). The team works in German, so you need good German as well as English.
We offer a few places a year, and only as a mandatory internship or practical semester: in sales, marketing and business development, in web development and in design. AI tools are part of everyday work in every area here, from development to the automation of sales and marketing, and you work with them from day one. For your application we need:
- University, degree programme and current semester
- Timeframe with start and end date: at least three months, ideally six
- Your CV and proof that the internship is mandatory, in one PDF
- A link to a project of your own (GitHub, portfolio or university project); for sales, marketing and business development a work sample
- A few sentences on what you did yourself on it
We cannot offer voluntary internships or internships for applicants who do not live in Germany, nor technical internships from mechanical or electrical engineering without programming experience.

We have no open position at the moment. We still read unsolicited applications if they fit: web development with TypeScript, Vue and Nuxt or NestJS, and a project of your own that you can show us. You should be allowed to work in Germany and able to be on site in Langenfeld regularly. Applications from mechanical, electrical or civil engineering without a link to web development, and inquiries from recruiters, are not a fit.
