IoT and Embedded Solutions: machines that report their own data

Sensor data reaches the control room in real time. Nobody has to walk over to a machine to read a value.

A machine shows a fault only on its own display. The fill level is written on a slip of paper. Every morning someone types the night shift's readings into Excel. We build IoT solutions and embedded systems that capture this data automatically and send it to someone who can act on it.

You can't manage what you can't see

A breakdown on the production line goes unnoticed until the next station runs empty. Status can only be read on site. Machines produce data that nobody analyzes. We connect your devices, sensors, and systems into one IoT solution. When a value crosses a threshold, the person in charge gets a message. Trends show up in a dashboard, and the rounds with a clipboard are no longer needed. For ASIG we built an IoT button with a cellular connection and an e-ink display that places industrial orders at the push of a button. For SMS group we built a 3D configurator for industrial plants.

IoT services

Embedded systems

We develop embedded software for your devices: code that runs on the microcontroller, reads sensors, and passes the data on.

IoT platforms

An IoT platform in the cloud collects data from all your devices, stores its history, and makes it available for analysis.

Edge computing

The analysis runs right at the machine. The device reacts in real time, even when the connection to the cloud is down.

Which machine should send data first?

The intro call takes 30 minutes and is free. You describe your equipment and what you read off by hand today. We tell you where we would start and whether an IoT solution is worth it. We work in English and German.
