Ovenca Procure is software for indirect procurement. It brings catalogs, punchout shops and free-text orders together in one interface that works like an online store. Suppliers maintain their own catalogs, procurement approves. Orders go to SAP or to whatever ERP system you use.
Ovenca is built for companies that have to replace SAP SRM, aren't happy with Ariba, or want all their catalog purchasing with one vendor.

In 2014 we built a procurement system for LANXESS. In 2015 it went live worldwide. In 2019 LANXESS chose SAP Ariba and began moving over in 2021. Our system was scaled down, but never switched off.
In 2025 LANXESS called and asked to come back. Price wasn't the reason. They named the quality of the software, its reliability and our support. We rebuilt the system, brought the catalogs over from Ariba, and since August 2026 it has been running worldwide again.
